2023 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Need something in time for Christmas? Canada Post recommends the following deadlines so that they can do their best to ensure your package arrives by December 24th:

We also recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid unforeseen shipping delays. If you are in the GTA, we also offer in-store pickup and local delivery via Mile 1. See below for more information on these options.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed 1-2 business days after they are submitted. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. When your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details. All regular and express parcels are shipped via Canada Post.

When shopping on bodyblue.ca you now have the option of personalized delivery courtesy of Mile 1. If you would like your order shipped to you, you live in the GTA, and your postal code is within the delivery area, you'll be given the option at checkout to select delivery courtesy of Mile 1.
This service is available FREE to qualifying orders over $150 (before tax), and $12 for orders under $150. When your order is ready, you'll receive a notification via text message and email to schedule the delivery within a time frame that suits your schedule.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
If you would prefer to pick your order up, please select "in-store pick-up" during check-out. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Holiday Return Policy: We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit on gifts purchased at regular price within 14 days starting December 27th. Sale items are final sale. No returns will be processed on December 26th. See below for further information and how to initiate a return.
We’re happy to offer an exchange on regular priced items within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please email info@bodyblue.ca with the details of your request and include your order number in the subject line. If your return is approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as well as further instructions on how to proceed. We cannot accept goods purchased online for exchange under any circumstances without an RA#.
Items purchased with an online promo code are subject to the same return policy as regular priced items. Sale items (markdowns) are final sale.
Sorry, no refunds. Store credit for online purchases will be issued in the form of a digital gift card to be used for future online purchases.
