From Jenny Bird: To wear, position at the thinnest part of your ear, pushing over the edge so it hooks inside. Once it feels secure, wiggle to adjust in place. To remove, slide back to the place you started.

Orders are processed 1-2 business days after they are submitted. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. When your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details. All regular and express parcels are shipped via Canada Post.

When shopping on bodyblue.ca you now have the option of personalized delivery courtesy of Mile 1. If you would like your order shipped to you, you live in the GTA, and your postal code is within the delivery area, you'll be given the option at checkout to select delivery courtesy of Mile 1.
This service is available FREE to qualifying orders over $150 (before tax). Effective Oct 1, 2022, the cost for shipping via Mile 1 for orders under $150 will increase from $10 to $12. When your order is ready, you'll receive a notification via text message and email to schedule the delivery within a time frame that suits your schedule.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
If you would prefer to pick your order up, please select "in-store pick-up" during check-out. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
We’re happy to offer an exchange on regular priced items within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please email info@bodyblue.ca with the details of your request and include your order number in the subject line. If your return is approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as well as further instructions on how to proceed. We cannot accept goods purchased online for exchange under any circumstances without an RA#.
Items purchased with an online promo code are subject to the same return policy as regular priced items. Sale items (markdowns) are final sale.
