Orders are processed 1-2 business days after they are submitted. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. When your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details. All regular and express parcels are shipped via Canada Post.

We know the season of giving sometimes involves a little returning, so we’ve made our holiday return policy simple and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know!
We are unable to offer refunds but are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on regular priced items up until January 8th, 2025. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
We will not be accepting returns on December 26th or 27th.
Sale items (markdowns) are final sale.

To initiate a return, please email info@bodyblue.ca with the details of your request and include your order number in the subject line. If your return is approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as well as further instructions on how to proceed. We cannot accept goods purchased online for exchange under any circumstances without an RA#.
Items purchased with an online promo code are subject to the same return policy as regular priced items.
Store credit for online purchases will be issued in the form of a digital gift card to be used for future online purchases.
